By conducting user research to pinpoint specific interaction pain points, we overhauled key functions and modernized the visual hierarchy to create a more intuitive, user-friendly experience. Our final solution focused on streamlining complex banking tasks and enhancing accessibility to ensure a smoother digital journey for every user.
